FAQ’S

  • Who Spray Tans?

Anyone that wants to look good, darker and thinner without the harmful uv rays!

  • How Does Airbrush Tanning Work?

The active ingredient in the solution is DHA (Dihydroxyacetone),  and is derived from a vegetable source like beets or sugar cane. When DHA is applied to the skin, it causes a chemical reaction with the amino acids in the first layer of the skin to produce a tan, just as the sun would. DHA will bronze the skin without the damaging effects of the natural sun. It does not protect you from the uv rays outdoors, so make sure you use sunscreen when heading outside. The process will take about 20-25 minutes including drying time.

Solutions used are a combination of all natural ingredients and eco-certified DHA.

  • Is Airbrush Tanning Safe?

Yes! DHA’s effects as a skin darkener were discovered in the 1920’s, but weren’t marketed as such until the 1960’s, then added to the FDA’s list of approved colors for cosmetic products in the 1970’s.

  • What to Wear?
